Placing the remains in the Ganges, this goes on all day and all night seven days a week. it is not uncommon to see body parts floating in the river. You have people bathing and doing their laundry in very close proximity.

A snake charmer in Jaipur, several years later when I visited India a second time and on the same corner I saw a snake charmer. I was told this is the son of the original snake charmer.

Going to his wedding. Weddings in India are extremely lavish, not uncommon for over 300 people to attend.

Kama Sutra, the science of love. If you look at the next few images you will see every imaginable sex position. At one point in India's history the temples were in demand for religious priest. In order to entice them to join the temples they provided woman for sexual partners and education of various positions to have sex.

A history lesson, and the state of Kerala in the southern part of India I came across a group of people who look Jewish. After doing a bit of research I found in 1492 Queen Isabella of Spain expelled the Jews. They had the option of converting to Catholic, leaving the country. If they converted they had to go before the Spanish Inquisition, if the inquisitors thought they had not truly converted they were simply burned at the stake. Many of the Jews decided to go to the southern part of India. The Jews never assimilated and started businesses in the state of Kerala and these were their descendants. When Israel became a state many of the Jews moved to Israel, there are still a few hundred left in India.
